Raj graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Bio-Psychology. Raj has been working in the food service industry for the last ten years for many brands, including:

Black Bear Diner
In 2010, he joined CRC, and has since been instrumental in opening 4 Black Bear Diners. He has been involved in the design, construction, and hiring for each restaurant. Raj has also been integral in the training of over 250 employees.
As Director of Operations, he is a great asset in maintaining and exceeding the company standards across all CRC restaurants.
