Prior to owning and operating his own businesses, Tim held a variety of positions, including District Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Franchise Representative within these corporate entities. In 2000 Tim purchased seven corporate Denny's restaurants in partnership with others. The company grew to include 14 Denny's and five Black Bear Diners in California and Washington state with annual revenues exceeding $15 million.
